Apple n Lime Grilled Salmon

“Blogging is like what a Salmon feels like - traveling upstream against the current “ ( just made that up )

This was a quick fix for a weekday dinner , Sandy was going to eat oats n chia n some healthy bowl whatever and she asked me to order to go for the boys in the house . I just didn’t feel like doing a togo so made a quick trip to @aldiusa , got some fresh (never frozen) Atlantic Salmon and made this dinner for us .
Sharing it here as we enjoyed the taste of it , the sweetness from the apple and the acidity from the lime balanced the flavors and kept them at bay not letting either of them overpowering the other.
Try it .. !!!!
Do try the recipe, and let me know in the comments below.

Serve hot , enjoy the baked apples and lime with the salmon . The apples help in creating an applewood kind of taste in the salmon and together paired with the cinnamon, it brings back your fall memories.
