Basil marinara pasta

Weekday dinners … need something quick and easy??? This one should do the job for you .
A quick whip with some fresh garlic and oreganos , a readymade red sauce and some spices is all you need. Add veggies as you like to make it nutritious.

Cuisine – Italian

Ingredients:
2 Teaspoon of organic dried ginger powder
1 Tablespoon of olive oil
5 garlic pods
Some oregano seasonings
1 Teaspoon of cumin powder
1/2 Teaspoon of garlic powder
Some fresh oregano leaves
1/2 red pepper diced small
1 Cup of basil marinara sauce
Salt to taste
Some cajun seasoning as per taste
1 bowl of Pasta

RECIPE :
1. Pour the Olive oil in a pan and bring it to heat.
2. Toss the garlic pods, some oregano seasonings, cumin powder , garlic powder, fresh oregano leaves , red pepper and sauté them for 4 mins.
3. Pour basil marinara sauce and cook for 10 mins.
4. Add salt and some Cajun seasonings for taste.
5. Boil pasta and mix the sauce with it.

Tip - use the water that contains the starch from boiling the pasta in the sauce. It adds up to the taste of the pasta.

I used cajun seasoning sautéed shrimp as well for protein. Enjoy.
